Resting on top of the river is a small town. This quaint little fishing community is full of many different varieties of water pokemon. Although they're small, they are rich which makes this the prime target for thievery. In the center of town is a large fountain, surrounded by an enormous moat. This is where trainers can obtain the Wave Badge.
